Bridges has an open door policy so no appointment is necessary. You can drop in anytime Monday -Friday from 10am-4pm.

If you would prefer to make an appointment then this can also be arranged. Please contact us on 01642 605222.

What help can I get?

We offer care plans, advocacy, support, counselling, advice and information, training, carer groups, grandparent groups and many more. Please click the link below for more information.

If you are unable to access the service we offer an outreach service which is available either as a home visit or at a mutually agreed venue i.e. GP surgery.

Is the service confidential?

The service operates a strict confidentiality policy which we will discuss in detail with you at your first appointment. We comply with the Data Protection Act 2018. All personal information is securely stored and will not be shared with third parties unless you give permission to do so. In rare circumstances where there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or someone else, information may have to be shared but we will always try to discuss this with you prior to sharing information.

Why do I need a care plan?

At Bridge we believe that everyone is unique and has their own needs. We aim to offer you a bespoke, comprehensive and individual support package. In order to do this we need to get to know you as an individual and the most comprehensive way to achieve this is through a care plan. We understand that it can be daunting entering our service and we will offer you support to achieve this.

Is there a charge for the service?

The service is free for any clients living within the borough of Stockton-On-Tees.

The only exception is reflexology where there is a cost of £10 per session.
